Restart iron ore mining within six months

After a 12-year halt, Goa auctioned mineral blocks and signed a mine development agreement in March 2024; Vedanta began actual extraction at Bicholim Block I in April 2024. As of mid-2025 only about three of the auctioned blocks were operational, with others awaiting environment and forest clearances.

Increase social security pension to Rs 3,000 (Dayanand Social Security Scheme)

The Dayanand Social Security Scheme (Amendment) 2024, notified 26 December 2024, raised assistance to Rs 2,000/month for most categories (senior citizens, single women, disabled), Rs 2,500 for childless widows and Rs 3,500 for persons with 90%+ disability, rather than a uniform Rs 3,000 for all beneficiaries.
