One District One Product (ODOP) to promote local crafts and exports
ODOP gives each district a flagship product with credit, marketing and GI support; the state reports financial assistance to over 20,000 entrepreneurs and a sharp rise in exports.
The Agra–Lucknow, Purvanchal and Bundelkhand expressways are operational; UP now has among the most operational expressway kilometres of any Indian state.
Ganga Expressway (Meerut–Prayagraj), the state’s longest
The ~594 km Ganga Expressway (Meerut–Prayagraj), the state's longest, was inaugurated by PM Modi on 29 April 2026 and is now fully operational; built at a cost of about ₹36,230 crore.
